These VIP Membership Terms apply to customers who enroll in an APEXBLUEFORGE VIP Membership.
Please read these terms carefully before enrolling.
1. VIP MEMBERSHIP
The APEXBLUEFORGE VIP Membership is an optional membership program that may provide members with access to benefits such as exclusive digital resources, member-only content, special offers, discounts, additional tools, or other benefits described at the time of enrollment.
The specific benefits included with your membership will be displayed in the applicable membership offer.
2. MEMBERSHIP PRICE
The price of your VIP Membership will be clearly disclosed before you complete enrollment.
The applicable membership offer will display the amount you will be charged and the applicable billing frequency.
Any applicable taxes may be added where required by law.
3. RECURRING BILLING
If you enroll in a recurring VIP Membership, your membership will automatically renew at the billing frequency disclosed when you enroll unless you cancel it.
By enrolling in a recurring VIP Membership, you authorize APEXBLUEFORGE and its payment providers to charge your selected payment method for the disclosed recurring membership fee and applicable taxes at each renewal.
Recurring charges will continue until the membership is canceled in accordance with these terms.
4. BILLING FREQUENCY
Your applicable billing frequency will be displayed before enrollment.
For example, if the offer is presented as a monthly membership, the applicable membership fee will generally be charged approximately once per monthly billing cycle until cancellation.
Your initial membership charge and subsequent renewal charges will be processed using the payment method associated with your membership.
5. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
Membership benefits may include those specifically described on the applicable VIP Membership offer.
Depending on the membership offered, benefits may include:

Available benefits may evolve over time.

6. DIGITAL DELIVERY
VIP Membership benefits are generally provided electronically.
Access may be delivered through email, download links, a member account, a digital portal, or another electronic method.
No physical product is included unless expressly stated.
7. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
Recurring memberships automatically renew unless canceled.
The renewal amount and frequency are based on the membership terms disclosed when you enroll, subject to any changes made in accordance with applicable law.
Where legally required, we will provide notice of qualifying changes to membership pricing or terms before those changes take effect.
8. HOW TO CANCEL
You may cancel your VIP Membership at any time.

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges after the cancellation becomes effective.
To avoid another renewal charge, cancellation should be completed before the next scheduled billing date.
9. ACCESS AFTER CANCELLATION
Unless otherwise disclosed or required by applicable law, cancellation generally stops future renewals rather than retroactively canceling charges already processed.
Where applicable, you may retain access to membership benefits through the end of your already-paid billing period.
After the paid membership period ends, access to member-only resources or benefits may be discontinued.
Digital products separately purchased outside the membership remain subject to the terms applicable to those purchases.
10. REFUNDS
Refund eligibility for membership charges is subject to the refund terms presented with the membership, our Refund Policy, and any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
Canceling a membership does not automatically mean that a previous membership charge will be refunded.

11. FAILED PAYMENTS
If a recurring membership payment cannot be successfully processed, we or our payment provider may attempt to process the payment again where permitted.
Membership access may be suspended or terminated if payment cannot be successfully completed.
You are responsible for maintaining valid and current payment information for an active membership.
12. PRICE CHANGES
We may change the price of the VIP Membership in the future.
Any price change affecting an existing recurring membership will be handled in accordance with applicable law, including advance notice where required.
The current price displayed for new members does not necessarily change the price of an existing membership unless we notify the member accordingly.
13. PERSONAL USE
VIP Membership access is intended for the individual customer associated with the membership.
Membership credentials and member-only resources may not be sold, transferred, publicly distributed, or shared with unauthorized third parties.
Digital materials remain subject to our intellectual-property and licensing terms.
14. NO EMPLOYMENT OR INCOME GUARANTEE
VIP Membership content is provided for educational and informational purposes.
Membership does not guarantee:

job offers;

promotions;

freelance clients;

business opportunities;

additional income; or
-
any particular financial result.
Individual results depend on numerous factors outside our control.
15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Certain membership resources may reference or be designed for use with third-party websites, software, artificial-intelligence platforms, job platforms, or other services.
APEXBLUEFORGE does not control independent third-party services and does not guarantee their availability, functionality, pricing, accuracy, or continued operation.
Use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
16. CHANGES TO THE MEMBERSHIP
We may update or modify the VIP Membership program from time to time.
Changes may include adding, replacing, or removing particular resources or features.
Where a change materially affects an existing paid membership and notice is required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice.
17. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate membership access in cases involving fraud, abuse, unauthorized redistribution of content, unlawful activity, material violations of our Terms of Service, or failure to pay applicable membership fees.
Termination does not affect obligations or rights that arose before termination.
18. OTHER TERMS
Your use of the VIP Membership is also subject to our:

If there is a conflict between these VIP Membership Terms and a specific membership offer regarding price or billing frequency, the terms clearly disclosed to you at the time of enrollment will apply to that transaction, subject to applicable law.
